1、工程板房基礎(chǔ)的水平：在基礎(chǔ)澆注時(shí)一定要先測(cè)量好水平，基礎(chǔ)澆注完成后，水平誤差控制在10mm以內(nèi)。在與甲方交待時(shí)或基礎(chǔ)完工后，要求甲方保證基礎(chǔ)水平面在誤差范圍內(nèi)，否則，影響板房的安裝或安裝后的質(zhì)量，甲方自負(fù)。

1. The level of Engineering Plank house foundation: the level must be measured before the foundation pouring. After the foundation pouring is completed, the horizontal error shall be controlled within 10 mm. 2、混凝土標(biāo)號(hào)：本公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)板房基礎(chǔ)為C20。一般情況下內(nèi)無(wú)鋼筋，如有地形、地基特殊或板房特殊，以技術(shù)部出圖為準(zhǔn)。

3、工程板房基礎(chǔ)澆注時(shí)間：板房的基礎(chǔ)澆注應(yīng)與常規(guī)的混凝土澆注工藝一樣，不可減少工藝程序。在基礎(chǔ)澆注完成到板房安裝之間應(yīng)留有充分的時(shí)間，以確?；炷吝_(dá)到規(guī)定的硬度。

3. 4、工程板房地基要求：為保證安裝工期、安裝質(zhì)量和安裝后整潔美觀，我公司要求甲方在制作基礎(chǔ)的同時(shí)，把室內(nèi)地面也一并澆注完成，水平高度與基礎(chǔ)一樣，甲方在板房安裝完成后，再在室內(nèi)鋪地板既方便，又整潔，也不會(huì)影響板房的質(zhì)量和外觀。

4.
